1. Production & Processing Time Every item at Vibepress is custom-printed and made to order just for you. Once your order is placed, it enters our production line:

• Processing & Printing: 2–5 business days.

2. Shipping & Estimated Delivery Times Once your order has been crafted and passed our quality check, it is handed over to our trusted shipping carriers.

• United States & Europe: 7–12 business days.

• Rest of the World: 10–20 business days.

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and do not include weekends or production time. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

3. Order Tracking As soon as your package is dispatched, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your order's journey in real-time.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes International orders may occasionally be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, or VAT, depending on the destination country's regulations. Your local customs office determines these charges, and they are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact our official customer support team immediately at support@vibepresse.com so we can resolve the issue right away.
