Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Vibepress, every single item is custom-printed just for you the moment you place your order. This means we don’t hold stock, making each piece a unique creation dedicated to your style. To ensure we provide the best service, please review our policy below:

1. Damages and Quality Issues

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your item arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or if we sent you the wrong size or design by mistake, we’ve got you covered!

  • Action: Please contact us at Vibepress@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue and your order number.

  • Resolution: We will send you a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund. No need to return the defective item—we want to make it easy for you!

2. Size and "Change of Mind.

Because each product is printed on demand specifically for you, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect size selection or if you simply changed your mind.

3. Order Cancellations

To ensure fast shipping, orders move into production almost immediately. You can request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, the printing process has started, and the order can no longer be modified or canceled.

4. Shipping & Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with your local carrier or neighbors. If a package is confirmed lost in transit (tracking never updates), Vibepress will ship a replacement at no extra cost to you.
